Blood lipid profile
Triglyceride lowering with EPA+DHA is a well-replicated class effect, and a high-EPA concentrate delivers it. What is less established is whether an EPA-weighted ratio does anything that a mixed concentrate at the same total dose does not, apart from avoiding the small LDL rise associated with DHA.
Moderate evidence. Several human studies point the same way, with real caveats.
