Blood lipid profile
Meta-analyses report reductions in LDL cholesterol of around 10% with glucomannan, through bile acid sequestration. The lipid evidence is more consistent than the weight evidence, which is the opposite of how the product is marketed.
Moderate evidence. Several human studies point the same way, with real caveats.
